These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the leo4d platform. By registering an account or accessing any leo4d service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "You") and leo4d ("Platform", "We", "Us"). Access to and use of the leo4d platform is conditional on your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any leo4d service. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. Leo4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any Balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable terms.
The leo4d Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Leo4d expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Member's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the leo4d Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Leo4d employs technical and manual controls to detect multiple Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, leo4d reserves the right to close all Accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any Balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Leo4d is not liable for any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
Leo4d will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Leo4d reserves the right to require identity verification at any point during a Member's use of the Platform, and will typically require verification prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding a threshold determined by leo4d from time to time. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving Licence issued by the relevant Indonesian authority. Leo4d may also request proof of address and, where payment is made by bank transfer, confirmation of the registered bank account holder's identity. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by leo4d will result in Account suspension until verification is complete.
Leo4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels, which may be updated from time to time at leo4d's discretion:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are generally credited to a Member's Account within five (5) minutes of payment confirmation. Leo4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Leo4d reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to close Accounts where third-party payment is suspected.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis and are generally completed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method and any pending KYC requirements. Leo4d targets a standard withdrawal processing time of under three (3) hours for verified Members. Withdrawals will on ly be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name, matching the identity on the verified Account.
Processing Times: Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 1–3 hours during WIB business hours. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within 30 minutes. Processing may be delayed during peak periods, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on the leo4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Leo4d does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred on your end by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Leo4d may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals, which may vary by payment method, Member tier, and applicable risk controls. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your Account. Leo4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Leo4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the leo4d promotions page, and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Leo4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk or risk-free bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; exploiting promotions using multiple Accounts; using automated betting software during bonus play; and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, leo4d reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the Member's Account.
Bonus Funds that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period, will be forfeited automatically. Leo4d is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
Withdrawal Restriction: Real-money funds deposited into an Account that has an active bonus attached may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the applicable wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited. Members may elect to forfeit a bonus at any time via the Account dashboard, whereupon standard withdrawal terms apply to the remaining real-money Balance.

Leo4d reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and correct manifest pricing errors at its sole discretion. Leo4d endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond leo4d's reasonable control. Leo4d shall not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed bets, or interrupted game sessions — arising from Platform unavailability.
Leo4d takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game information, promotional terms, and other Platform content are accurate and current. However, errors may occasionally occur. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, leo4d's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Leo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
All betting and gaming decisions are made solely by the Member. Leo4d does not provide betting tips, strategies, or financial advice. The Member accepts that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome. Leo4d is not responsible for a Member's betting decisions or financial management choices.
A Member may request closure of their leo4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus Balances subject to unmet wagering requirements. Members who close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion, which is processed as a permanent or time-limited restriction as specified in the Responsible Gaming section.
Leo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, leo4d will notify the Member via their registered email address. Where an Account is closed for breach, leo4d may, at its discretion, retain any Balance as damages or return the real-money portion of the Balance after deducting amounts corresponding to the breach.
Leo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided in clause 11.1.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. The Platform is operated for the Indonesian market; however, in the event of any conflict, the governing law applicable to leo4d's operating jurisdiction shall take precedence.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and leo4d, the Member should first contact leo4d customer support and allow a reasonable period — not less than ten (10) business days — for leo4d to investigate and respond. Leo4d is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translations provided for convenience purposes shall not affect the interpretation or enforcement of the English-language original.
